If you are drinking cow’s milk and your baby is acting colicky, the two could be related. You don’t have to be feeding your baby cow’s milk for it to affect them. If you are eating many, or even some, milk products this could be affecting your baby.

For the best infant nutrition, pick the right milk source and eventually introduce the infant to solid foods. The American Academy of Pediatrics recommends that infants be fed breast milk or iron-fortified formula during the first 12 months of life.
